Our Focus
At Pinnacle Springs, we focus on converting properties with prior approval such as offices, retail units (use class E) into 1-2 or 3bed residential units. Our typical projects are between 15-18months in duration with GDV up to £500,000.
We look for on and off-market opportunities in Essex and Kent areas. Opportunities with intrinsic value and competitive market prices.
